Together, we reflect on challenges and stressors, set goals and intentions, and practice mind-body medicine to get us through the week ahead. You'll learn ways stay grounded, focused, calm and clear, including:

  • Yoga asanas & Mudras

  • Flower Essences

  • Essential Oils

  • Art & Poetry

  • Teachings from ancient and modern sacred texts
